Angeline has over ten years drinks industry experience and started her career in b2b publishing working for a number of titles including Harpers Wine & Spirit Weekly.
During her time at Harpers she built up a thriving events department, working with some of the UK's leading chefs, sommeliers and wine importers across a variety of events from exhibitions to exclusive food and wine matching seminars, round table discussions to wine tastings.
In 2002 Angeline joined the The Drinks Business where, with Charlotte Hey, she devised the strategy to position the magazine as a pan-European title for the drinks trade. In 2004 she was instrumental in launching the Drinks Business Awards and in 2005 she became Head of Research and Events to drive forward a new market research company.
Earlier this year she founded Bespoke Drinks Media Ltd with Charlotte Hey and continues to work on high profile trade marketing projects with a variety of clients.
Charlotte began working in the wine industry in the early 90's in sales and marketing.
In 1995 she joined Wines from Spain, London where as Assistant Director she was responsible for the generic promotion of Spanish wine in the UK.
1999 was the year in which she moved into publishing, joining Harpers Wine & Spirit and soon becoming Publishing director of the title and Executive Director of the International Wine and Spirit Competition.
2002 saw her leave Harpers to launch her own drinks title The Drinks Business, the leading drinks trade magazine. As Publisher and Editorial Director there she also developed a market research division (Drinks Insight), launched The Spirits Business, a magazine dedicated to the international spirits industry and launched the Drinks Business Awards.
She is currently a non-executive director of the drinks business and is now also a director at Bespoke Drinks Media.
Amy started working in the wine industry in the early 1990's when she worked with the Export Directors at family owned Vina Undurraga in Chile.
She joined Wines from Spain in 1997 as a Product Manager where she met and worked alongside Charlotte Hey. During her time at Wines from Spain oversaw various events including the Wines from Spain Trade Fair and the prestigious Caballeros del Vino annual dinner and award. In her role as Product Manager she took numerous journalists and wine buyers to visit regions such as Navarra, and Somontano amongst others.
Amy left Wines from Spain to start a family and she also moved to Australia where she lived with her husband and children for 5 years. Over there she ran a Sports Law Association as well as their annual conference for Australia and New Zealands leading Sports Lawyers and Barristers.
She now is back in the UK and has been working with Bespoke on a variety of projects with The Sherry Institute of Spain and Wines of Navarra.
